The podcast with Robert Hoss remains my favorite. I have written about it twice on my blog. When the podcast first aired, I shared his method in my blog.
Robert Hoss’s method has helped me considerably. I remember a lot of dreams. Sometimes I remember several a night. My dreams are very long — which prompted one therapist to comment that they were “mixed up” — after which I got a new therapist! I write my dreams down and share them with my therapist. Now I used Robert Hoss’s method and share that too.
Last night I dreamt that I was touching a small Lego house and when I touched it, it fell apart. I also dreamt, in the same dream, that my husband and I were floating in the air with parachutes, and there was a framework hanging in the air. When I touched it, it broke. It was very fragile. Using Hoss’s method, I realized this dream is about my recent separation from my husband. The marriage literally fell apart, and I am broken. But even though the framework broke, I still floated. I didn’t fall down. But when I grabbed the framework, I was looking for support. I think this is about financial support (the hearing is Thursday!).
Okay, enough of that dream.
By the way I am an anthropologist and was a professor for many years. I am now a graduate student in social work and pastoral studies (two more sets of letters after my name). I have done extensive research in Africa. If you Google me, you will find out something about my publications.
Peace and God bless

Hello everybody,
I really liked this podcast and used this method to interprete the following dream:
I dreamt I was at home and my husband told me we had rats. He was setting out traps for them. In the dream I was walking around around the traps, looked down at saw that there was a beautiful little rabbit at my feet which I picked up and held. This is about all I remember. So, delving into the language of this dream, I focused in and found I identified most closely with the rabbit. Symbolically, I am very drawn to the symbols of the Chinese zodiac. As everyone knows it is the year of the rat. However, I was born in the year of the rabbit and find it sometimes seems a personal symbol. So, going deeper, how did the rabbit feel as my inner self? Afraid of being trapped.
Pretty cool, huh?
