Carl Greer, Ph.D. is a former engineer and Columbia University business professor who became a psychologist and then a Jungian Analyst and then in recent years has trained to be a Shaman at the Four Winds Society in Park City, Utah. In addition to all the reading and studying he has done in Utah, he has also taken trips to Peru to learn from some of the indigenous shamen there. In addition to his work with clients in both Jungian and Shamanic modes, he also teaches through The Four Winds Society. I was thrilled to meet Carl and get to spend time with him during my second visit to Park City to take a six-day training in Advanced Soul and Destiny Retrieval. Carl suggested the following readings: Shaman, Healer, Sage by Alberto Villoldo; Mending The Past And Healing The Future with Soul Retrieval by Alberto Villoldo; and Jung’s Map of The Soul by Murray Stein.
