Great show! Relationships are under ever increasing stress and the problem seems perpetuating across generations. Thank you for sharing this excellent interview.
I really connected with Dr. Sherman’s comments on mindfulness and their impact on the quality of our lives. Living in the “now” takes energy but the positive benefits refuel and replenish us.
I also enjoyed Dr. Sherman’s insight on marriage/relationships along with her practical tools and strategies. Very informative!
That was awesome, glad she persisted. 🙂
