Definitely an engaging and informative interview Dr Dave! I was wishing I could ask him about his combined depression and anxiety/aggitation, because I find most of my clients with that have some kind of PTSD. I also wish he would have elaborated on Low dose Lithium. I wonder if he means 5 mg supplements you can buy at the health food store or a 300 mg Lithium Carbonate prescribed dose. I don’t see an email address on his website. Thanks
Richard, I had a follow up phone conversation with Dr. Quinn and he suggested Bipolar dose for prescription Lithium between 150MG and 300 MG. He told me his views on Lithium have been strongly influenced by S.N. Gaemi of Tufts University. I suggest you start your research there.
