Hello David!
Such a great podcast! It excited me because I have always been a walker/runner/mover not just for the physical benefits but for the psychological and emotional benefits as well. What I am also excited about is the way this interview naturally led to the topic of men and people who are aging. I have personally experienced walking and talking with my female friends many times in my life and think that as women we somehow intuitively (so to speak) know to participate in such “therapy.” To hear that it was “discovered” by a man who found the same benefits and can now offer it professionally to people is exciting!
