Curtiss Hoffman, Ph.D. is Chair of the anthropology department at Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts. He is an archaeologist and consciousness researcher in the Department of Anthropology. He is particularly interested in cultural systems of thought related to dreaming, myth, ritual, visions, religious iconography, and symbolism, and is the author of The Seven Story Tower: A Mythic Journey through Space and Time. He was a presenter at 2004 International Association for the Study of Dreams conference in Copenhagen as well as this year’s upcoming 24th annual conference of the International Association for The Study of Dreams which will be held at Sonoma State University, June 29 – July 3, 2007, and you are invited to attend!
