I really enjoyed this interview. It inspired me to go back and listen to previous interviews with Sarah Chana Radcliffe, which are equally as interesting and information. I find myself going through a period of anxiety, so this interview is rather timely. I particularly liked Sarah’s analogy of our mind’s capacity to hold on to negative thoughts, to that of how the internet sites show us ads based on our recent browsing, eventually…our interest moves on and the ads will cease. Yet! This requires shifting interest and focus. This remind me that I do have some say over the anxiety. If I shift my focus, consciously, I eventually cease to have the advertisements that cause anxiety show up. The ride sure can be rough though.
    Great interview!
    Thanks Dr. Dave

I listened to your previous two podcasts with Sarah Chana Radcliffe and found them enlightening. I would love to listen to this podcast #373, unfortunately the podcast “listen/download” button is missing from the page. Would love to listen when you have time to put the listen/download button back up!
Thank you for all the incredible work you do!!!

    Hi Bobby,

I have no idea how that happened. Thanks for calling it to my attention. It’s now restored!
